May 16, 2019 Rejoined WW after month Vacation. It was planned. Learned a lot on the cruise about myself. Took longer to eat meals. (45 minutes) Watched different ways people dressed, how they ate, what I was eating (tried new things everyday) and "thought" about the taste and texture. Did good the first week, tracking my foods and recording the steps. Cut the sugars from day one as that seems to be main problem for cravings. Eat a lot of fruit now. clementines, watermellon, cherries. The fruit season is upon us.
