Tried a few different things today.Made cucumbers with a dressing using
sry mustard,horseradish,splenda,cider vinegar.The amts are small so how
I count that is take the mustard,add another 1/2 ser.Don't know how to
figure counts when I do combos.

Tried a fococcia style flax bread which wasn't too bad but for some
reason did not agree with me,the mim's do so who knows.Crazy system
I know its good if you want to have a sandwich,so I will try that again

Did buffalo style seasoned beef sirloin tips so good.Love the meat that
we get fro Omaha Steaks.Our Fl beef is different from Northern beef
I know its what the cows are being fed.At least I can make the comparsion between the meats being we travel all over so much

Another clean day,thats how my way of doing program at this time
It doesn't seem so bad that way,what ever works to get you to goal do
it.

Walk wasn't too bad this morning,of course being in Fl the past 39 years,you get used to the weather. Oops must be running out of things
to say.
