Wasn't exercising as much as I should. A little yoga, tried a pilates dvd (oh MAN, that was nuts)...but haven't been doing my bellydancing cardio that was shedding the pounds for me. So I'm getting a little more flexible LOL but the weight stopped dropping. SO... did yoga AND bellydance this morning... going away for the weekend... might get some yoga in... but I have to make sure and do my dancing when I get home, and keep doing it at least 2-3 times a week or I'm not going to succeed with my goal!!!
