I do not know what my weight do gain sometimes, and dropped again...Should be a stable loss?...I looked to my last days, i eat healthy, and play sports. Even, i get enough sleep....i will try to do some changes in my food, and playing more sports today...

Your body is made up of 60% water, so many things can make your weight go up (even when you are eating healthy and exercising). Most of the time it is water weight and will go away. Things like too much sodium (salt), medications, hormones, sore muscles from exercise, stress, lack of sleep, humidity, etc. That is why you stay on plan no matter what and keep going. Eventually it will even out and you get to goal.

Don't worry if your weight goes up and down a little bit. That's perfectly normal. Your body is just adjusting to a new weight level. As long as your weight is mostly going down, your plan is working. The first time my weight went up instead of down. I said "What's wrong?" I continued with my weight loss plan and the next day it went down again.

Hey, don't get discouraged! We all have our days when our bodies do not want to let go. But you just keep doing what you're doing and eventually your body responds. Also, have you tried weight-training? Also, try zig-zagging with your calories. Every time I have a plateau, I adjust my calorie intake by increasing it a bit (just for a day). And I do weight-lifting 3 times a week, but for no more than 50 minutes at a time. Those two have worked for me. Maybe it can work for you?

Thanks sunny, i am trying to do that as well...I had this issue from this month only...Today i weight, i gained 1 pounds and half looool which is FAKE for 1 day! I eat a lot of bread & rice this month , it may the cause of stopping my weight loss...So, i stopped eating white rice or white bread, and gonna see the results...
