I need to go to bed earlier because I tend to graze when I stay up late. The last two nights I've stayed up until at least 2 am, and have pounded well over a quart of ice cream between those two nights.
It's part of being unable to work because of my knee injury and having no alarm set.... aka sleeping in

I have found it is much easier to go to bed early, missing late night cravings. In the morning it is easier to think clearly and avoid temptation.

So agree! I will munch late at night, so turn in early with water and a book works well!
