I think I have FINALLY broken through my 3 week plateau.... Whooo whooo.. I have started eating more and upped my calories and it seems to be working. This week my goal is not to weigh myself until next saturday. This is going to be very hard since I seem to weigh myself at least 3-4 times a day. But I think I am putting to much emphasis on the weight and not enough on other things that are important.
