i didnt wgh today but i did start my t th exercises, i was surprised how difficult it was to bike for only 15 minutes, i plan to continue thi 3 days a week, what else do i have to do with my time, i am spending much toomich time sitting on my but, this is not about losing wt this is about avoiding complications of being sedentary, spring here i come,
209.2 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
