Today is day two of DH and I being wt loss buddies.
Yesterday I walked 5 minutes on a broken tredmill (not able to put level) The incline was set to max incline. It was hard for me to walk on it really hurt my lower back.
Today after hubby fixed it for me, I walked 10 minutes. BABY STEPS!!!! Yeah!!!! I am going to work on staying up and moving. I have to get over this fatigue thing. I think you have to burn energy to build energy, So I am working hard on keeping up and not sleeping.

It will come! Like you said, baby steps.
Keep moving, keep you heart rate up and you will see the benefits in time, a few more workouts and you will feel it get easier.

Bravo!! That's right girl, the more you move, the better you'll feel and the more you'll feel like doing more! Gettin' up and doin' the first few steps is the hardest part, but so worth it. Great that hubby is partnering up with you!! So much easier to have the same mind set in the house!! Keep on kickin' it!
