OMG... my weight is back and forth.. up and down. When am I going to learn? I must be stupid or something. GIVE UP THE BOOZE and don't carb out! I walked 1.5 miles today. My goal is to walk 3 times each week for 30 minutes. Nothing more and nothing less than that. I can create another goal later. Right now I have 3 goals: 1. Walk 30 min x 3 days/ week 2. 20 net carbs per day 3. Use my paper journal each day
Can I do this? One day at a time!
