Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 09 January 2013

Well yesterday was not a good day. I ate out twice. I did well for breakfast, lunch not at all and I paid for it for the rest of the day. Ouch. And man did my gut hurt from the bad eating. Amazing how quickly your body adapts to eating better and kind of revolts against the grease and fat. Need to remember that next time I am tempted to indulge how I feel afterwards.
