Better today! Don't like the idea of the kids offering me chocolate!! I shall resist, take fruit as a snack instead if I need a fix.....

What I have found for a sweet tooth attack is to buy a bag of the SMALL York Peppermint Patties that are about the size of a 50c piece. The strong taste really lingers in your mouth for a long time and really helps me in those weak times. I actually eat one or two of those for dessert almost every night.

Thanks, I do struggle sometimes with chocolate though! But I must admit I do love sugar free creamy butterscotch, they seem to do the trick most if the time ;)
