I am pushing myself along - and it is hard. Today was the first time I had to log a true gain.
Usually, if I pop up a bit on the "Idiot Box" I know it is a temporary moment and I log staying the same - and sure enough the next week, I have a good loss.
Not this time, though! This is a REAL gain from holiday eating that did not pop back down as usual...so, I had to bite the bullet and log the gain.
It feels like I failed.
Still grateful for:
- The people I love who love me back! - The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today

I log my gains, I do it for me as a reminder of what I truly want to accomplish. You are NOT, I repeat, NOT a failure. It's time to dig way down and remember why you are doing this.
