It's the holidays... Didn't get to the gym nearly enough, ate and drank like a pig. I'm back on schedule now and before Christmas I weighed 182.4, now I am back to 184.2. So from last weigh in, not a real gain (I guess!) Anyhow, glad to be back to work and hitting the gym every day. I'm looking forward to hitting it hard January February and March. I'd like to be down an additional 30 pounds by April. I just need to stay focused!
