Today was a good day for me. I drank 128 oz of water (4 32 oz bottles), did 20 squats, did a turbo jam video, walked to pick my son up from basketball practice and we ran together around the soccer field and walked back home. Looking forward to a healthier, more energized me. I'm praying that I'll stick to it for the long run even when I do results because it's not just a temporary change but a lifestyle change I'm trying to achieve!
