I'm having so much trouble staying motivated. I've been doing really well during the week but on weekends I have my husband home and my two grandsons and I just want to munch all the time... I need friends on here who will push me. SO if you want to be bossy follow me lol!

You can do it!! Just take it one day at a time. The weekends are rough for me too since I have a 10yr old and a 2yr old. We all love fruit, but I don't share in their cheese, crackers, and chips. Something I do with blue berries and carrots. Keep a baggie or plastic bowl of them handy. Eat them one at a time, slowly. Savor it. Then wait a bit and eat another one. 3/4 cup of blueberries has lasted 2hrs so far this morning. I have maybe a 1/4 cup left. I like to use the matchstick carrots instead of the baby carrots. Also you'll get full on them before you can really do any caloric damage to your diet plan. You can do it!!
