Down a pound today. 0.4 from my lowest in 3 years. Unfortunately a graduation party, my daughter's birthday and mothers day (which actually I couldn't care less about m-day) will bring it back up again. 🙄 Always something, but that's real life...need to learn how to deal with it. Just planning to still hit the gym for some heavy lifting and pray I can keep it under control calorie-wise at least no more than 2500 today. We'll see. 🤞🙏😬
