Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 07 January 2013

Well, good intentions to exercise this morning but no go. Gonna have to figure something else out until I can get motivation to drag self outta bed at crack of dawn. Gonna try doing a video or something in the evenings, which will be amazing considering the evenings are so short as it is. GGRRRRR Not eough hours in the day. And I really have no excuse for not getting up in the morning bc I get plenty of sleep it is just so cozy in bed when it is so early and cold and dark out.

I did not eat great this weekend but not completely horrible as I have in the past. Felt like I had a little bit better control. Did a stupid thing Sat nite and ordered 'bad' bc did not want my friend to feel bad if I ordered a salad. I stupidly said something to her and she said "oh my meal is off the 500 calories menu). Well ok then joke was on me. That was a hard lesson learned as I ate my fish and chips. OUCH>
