I did much better monitoring my caloric intake. Teacher appreciation week did not help my diet, but I am back on track now. I was also able to spend a good bit of time working in the garden this weekend. I am paying for it now as I am trying frantically to get my work done for tomorrow. Oh well. We do a formal Group Power and Group Step launch tomorrow with an accompanying cookout. I am thinking about trying to do the STEP class, but if I do, I will keep it as low impact as possible. We will see.
