Yesterday my husband and I started eating healthy again. I've put on weight since if first downloaded this program for my phone.

Today I got online to check this site out. It's pretty neat. Going to use it to record what I eat, my exercise as I get started incorporating it into my lifestyle, and anything else I feel like sharing.

Been feeling kind of sick, sore throat, worn out since yesterday. Weight is at an (almost) all time high... Knee pain, foot, leg and back all hurt.... I'm so heavy I feel like i need help getting up out of a chair... this had to end.

I am only 50 and want to see my grandson who's five grow up!
