My husband deployed to Iraq 10 after the birth of our beautiful son, 03/19/2010. Before I got pregnant I had lost 75lbs, and still dont know how I did it. I wasnt even trying. But unfortunetly, due to being on bed rest for most of the pregnancy I gained most of the weight back. I told myself I woulf loose the weight again and set the goal for the date of my husbands return, 03/2011. I want to surprise him when he comes home, and have a happier healthier me. I mean, if I am fat I cant play with my son the way I want to. Since my husband has left I have started to control my eating habits. I will do AWESOME for 3 days and then crash. I am an emotional eater so having a newborn, being a newly wed with no husband around, and up rooting my life to be with my family (who really arent the best people to surround myself with) I get upset and I eat and needless to say I dont go for the healthy items. I am hoping since I have actually made a journal entry on a site that I seem to like so far I will stick to it this time. I hope I can find some support on this site. I dont have any support surrounding me so it makes this even harder! Is today the first day to the rest of my life? I hope so
