Well so far, so good! It really feels good to be in control of my eating again. I think that when things started happening with my health that I couldn't control and I was losing more of my independence, I just let diet rules go. I didn't want to have to worry about it, and I just wanted to feel free with something. Actually now that I am in control again to what I am eating, I feel empowered. Even tho I still can't walk, and my health may not get better, I am in control of something. It feels really good! I just need to remember this feeling!
