Well today was a little hard for me because I was up all night taking care of my son. I went to bed at 7am and woke back up at 11am. Totally missed out on breakfast, so I ate more at lunch and dinner. I still feel hunger though. I guess 4 hours of sleep doesn't help matters. I hope everyone else had a good day.
On the really bad side of things Yesterday my boss called me and told me that they weren't going to calling me back to work. After I waited 6 months and used up my unemployment benefits. I have one more week left and I'm not sure if the government is going to give the extensions this year.
Question : should I give into this stressful situation?
My answer was to write down all this stuff and then forget about it. Tomorrows another day right and over eating isn't going to change anything, but make me hate myself even more in the morning.
I feel a little better now that I got that off my chest.
Well until tomorrow.
