Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 04 January 2013

Well day 3. This will be my true test--the weekend. In the past I have given myself free rein on the weekends, no longer. Proud of myself thus far yet realize it has only been 2 full days. Progress not perfection I keep reminding myself.
