For the second year in a row, I hit my highest weight ever just before the new year. On January 1st of this year, I weighed 5 pounds more than last year. This is frustrating, because at one point last year I was down to where I was in high school (35 pounds ago) and I was exstatic! I am doing the same plan I did last year when I achieved so much success. This year, I just plan on sticking with it for the whole year, instead of getting lazy and slacking. I follow the Isagenix diet with complete faith in the pure nutrition and health benefits. Today is my first cleanse day, and I am so excited to feel the benefits tomorrow. Wish me luck. Today will be a little hard for me!
