Well, Weigh-in tonight wasn't what my scale showed. I am going to record the actual weigh-in, but I am listing what my scale showed in my journal. I would if there is a pattern between the 2 scales. My scale showed a 4 lb loss this morning.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
