Well I am back after having my daughter she is now 12 weeks old. I let the carbs drive the car when I was pregnant. lol. I am glad however that I didn't gain all my weight back. Day 1 was yesterday and it feels good to get back on track. A lot harder to perpare meals with working fulltime and the little one,but I can do it!
