I was a bad girl today, but I promise myself I will not brake my carbs limit tomorrow, I will cook at home, thinking about have bake pork chops that are soaking in light itailan dressing, and having a spinach salad with tomatoe. But I guess another extra mile of running and then extra mile walking or maybe just an extra 30 to 45 minutes in all. But all you can eat fried shrimp from the shrimp basket. I had to get my money back some how.
