Alriiiiiiiight! Back on it 100%. I've been "off" for so long, I had lost my routine and I feel like I did last year when I JUST started on my new lifestyle! Bah. It'll be difficult for the first few weeks, but I just have to stick with it.

In new news, my parents bought me kettle bells for Christmas (5 and 10 pounds), and I did my first kettle bell work out the last two days. OH MY GOSH it has kicked my booty into gear. My thighs and booty are killing me from kettle bell squats. I feel the burn! Gotta get into shape by summer. This year, I want to wear a tank top and shorts without feeling self conscious.

Working out after work in a half an hour (I'm obviously very productive at work right now). Getting back on my schedule. It feels good.

Hope you check a day back on your journal I'm like you I feel like I'm starting over again. I have to do the exercise slowly or I'll hurt myself I don't think I could ever do Kettle bells I'll stick to Curves and walking. I'm like you it feels good to be back, hopefully what I gained in Dec will come off quickly (new fat comes off quicker)ha ha.

I have heard amazing things about kettlebell workouts! Sore= good (as long as its not toooo bad lol). Keep it up!

Thanks, Addie! You can definitely do it :) And BKeller, I totally recommend it, I've done three nights of kettlebell exercises this week and it is exhausting but awesome.
