well i've been really, (i mean really) bad ever since Thanksgiving. got to get myself back on track.

Will start writing down in the journal daily, will name something I either did good or bad.

Good for you. I put everything in my food diary. Sometimes I wonder if people will judge me if they peek and see 'cheese dip' but then I figure the more I lie here, the more I lie to myself. It's the only way I keep myself on track with what I eat.
