Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 medium banana, 1 small apple plus water

Lunch- 30g roast beef, 3/4 cup avocado, 2 slices rye bread, 1 small orange, 1 small apple

Supper - 1 and half cup of sugar beans and 1 cup of boiled potatoes

Bedtime - a cup of rooibos tea with 30ml soy milk and 1 teaspoon of honey
