No bm, worked all night till 5am
Will take dulco
R brought home some chili and 7layer salad
For lunch, was good!
Weight was 250 again, but been doing well except for crackers and frosted flake episode at 3am
Had to stay awake but will need other options tonight if needed.
I can't deal with increasing weight despite low cal compliance
247.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
