First, Happy New Year to everyone!
I have really been sucking at keeping up with the groups and my friends on here and for that, I am really sorry. I am hoping that with the New Year and the holidays FINALLY being over that I'll get better with the social interaction stuff. Mostly, I just want to say thank you to everyone that's stuck through the last month with me.
I did go off plan last night. Nothing too terribly drastic but enough to kick me out of ketosis. I blame the vodka, after two drinks, I just didn't feel like stopping until I'd had two more. And as terrible as going off plan was, it wasn't 'so bad'. I overdid it on veggie carbs. And I went far, far over my calorie limit. But I got right back on track today and I'm feeling pretty good about that.
The Back to Basics Challenge starts tomorrow. I am stupid excited about it. Isn't that silly? Maybe. But I'm still -that- excited about it. Unfortunately, I'm about 3 days before grocery shopping day. But I'll do the best that I can until then.
