it has been 430 days since my last confession. i forgive myself. i love my body and love what it allows me to do. i have been running 5k and doing cicuits and yoga. i am now training my social muscles and will achieve a magnetic personality (like an unselfconcious child). goodbye limiting beliefs and embarrassment.
