I've been bad over the past year and it's time for me to start taking better care of myself. So I'm going to start tracking my food again, I want to be healthier and stop using excuses to eat bad food. This isn't a new years resolution I've never believed in them. It's just time for me to stop eating crap and start eating better. So new goals with be set because yes I have put weight back on, not all of it thankfully!
