Going in the wrong direction. Just can't seem to get motivated. Since I retired I have a hard time doing all those "shoulds" in my life. Mentally I'm aware that losing weight and getting healthier is something I can do for me, that's it's not about anyone else's approval or expectations, but then there are these wonderful Publix heath-bar cookies in the frig, and they are so much more interesting than the treadmill....
Okay, time to get my act together. I can do this.
