Weighed in this morning and haven't lost any weight this week.. Still shrinking in size though. I think I need to increase my calories since I'm exercising so much. I have read several posts and that is the conclusion I have come to. I am very scared to do this because it is totally against my thinking but I will attempt to try it for a week. Good luck to me. :-))
