I'm careful about recording every calorie I eat, even on weekends when I give myself a break and have 1700-2000 calories (under maintenance levels, but enough to feel like an indulgence).

Still, it's tempting to not write them down when you get to 3pm and it's already almost 1100 calories for the day!
