I've decided that this year will be the year that I get healthy. Really healthy. Not semi-healthy or "good enough" - but healthy. I want to reach my goal weight in this coming year. I want to run a marathon in 2014. I don't want the specter of my weight constantly weighing on me or hanging over my head. Most importantly ... I KNOW that I can do it. So I will.
In other news, I discovered the sheer adaptability of zucchini this week. Zucchini hashbrowns - straight up delicious. Not the exact same as potato hashbrowns but good enough that they're an acceptable replacement.
Also, zucchini dorito chips, YUM! Plus they help me get a few more of the veggie carbs in that I need. That is always good.
