oh boy...back from vacation - gained more than I should have. I ate out every meal but I ate fish. I did overindulge in the mixed nuts last night. I think at least a couple of pounds is water because my belly doesn't look as big as it did when I was really 132 pounds. Oh well, back at it today. Going on a short vaca 5/1...will try to do better on the eating.
132.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
