Am touching base just to assure that I have not fallen off this earth. I have been very low these last 2 days. I fall asleep during the day despite getting a full night's sleep. Is it because I am not drinking coffee and black tea for now? I have cut down on the holiday foods but have not been able to do exercise like I wanted to. I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what the holiday damage is to my schedule. I had a glass of milk for breakfast, then fish and rice and peas for lunch, rice again with lentils and bacon, broccoli. Yoghurt with blueberry jam was snack. and a piece of dark chocolate and dried almonds. Cleaned out the fridge some more, today. Getting back to the do-able mode. Hope the energy comes back for exercise.
