While sticking to my avoid list I dropped down to 216 the day after my last weigh in and leveled off for 2 days. After a trip to ruby Tuesdays where I ate rice pilaf, grilled salmon and salad bar my weight went up to 217, Christmas eve party beans etc 218, christmas day with a variety of everything including dessert 220. None of these days included an excess of calories but included foods that trigger the water retention.
