Well not to bad yesterday I did however stay up late because my guy came over and I haven;t gotten to spend any time with him in the past week it was great. Of course I was up til 3 am and had to be to work at 11am oh so no workout. It was well worth it to see him. Tomorrow I plan on running this unbelievable hill up and down a few times or as many as I can. My fitness test is Wed and Iam having a heck of a time with allergies so i hope tomorrows run will help then tues will be no running to rest my legs for wed. Hopefully after TOM goes away I will see something else gona as well!!!!!
ate cottage cheese
piece of bread with pbj (stomach was not well this morning)
2 cups of WU LONG tea cup of coffee
split this small serving of chinesse food (didn't even finish it wasn't good) had like 5 bits. Well slowly working on it, somthing has to give eventually right?????

I'm going to do that hill thing too, especially since I live on one and never use it. Except, I think I'll walk rather than run, no hurry. :-)

Ill probably do more walking then running to cause it is a killer hill to walk up!!!lol
