Lost a little more from yesterday so I feel great. My bod is a little sore because I started the weight machines. I did some stuff for my arms and some for my thighs that will target more areas. The Stair Master and the treadmill can only do so much..but I've found that I am now doing a more strenuous workout without getting tired. I am now up to an incline of 9 with a walking speed of 3.4 (thats fast for my little legs). After the first 10 minutes I move the incline up to 11 and do the rest of the work out (20 min) in that. I'm not too tired at all and it feels comfortable. I want to mix up the inclines because I don't want my muscles to get to comfy with just one type. I figure if it mix it up a bit my muscles will work a little harder.

Oh well...its a beautiful day here and I'm off to get the car washed. Have a wonderful day everyone...

Thats a great training tool to change the incline and you burn more calories when doing so especially if you change up and down thru out the workout so great job. Unfortunally my treadmill I have to manually change to getting on and off is not good for me oh well.
