Went to a dance last night and danced practically non-stop for about 3-4 hours. I figure that MAY have excused one of the days I didn't exercise last week, but not the rest of the week. So... today I committed to at least 30min of bellydancing fitness vid... usually I do two videos, 1hr altogether... but ... I hadn't done it in a week.. PLUS my knee is acting up again today :( ...gotta drop the weight cuz every now and then... it starts to effect my knee... mostly my left one. Gettin back on track. I hope. LOL.
