Well, the holidays are definitely not easy for me as I love my food and there is too much good stuff around right now! Was not at home at all yesterday and ended up, besides eating my breakfast, at a Chinese buffet last night after not eating all day - it was super good but you know how that goes...way to many things to choose from and one tends to overeat! My weight shot up this morning partly because of the high salt content and because it was a load of calories at once late at night - as well I ate a few chocolates for dessert! Today I haven't been hungry but have been consuming higher protein and drinking water. I couldn't resist my Bailey's in coffee this morning and indulging in some delicious biscotti, which I know can't help my situation much but it just is too tempting!
