Water retention today as I can feel it when I flex my fingers. Yesterday's food journal was recorded just now as it was a free for all! Not the best choices made, despite that I am trying to be good this holiday. I know I didn't eat too much (so I thought) I just ate lots of salt/sugary stuff throughout the day. Ya right, wow it totaled up to a lot of calories!! The only thing reasonable was at dinner time when I ate real prepared food. It is very important to track food because when I think back now, it is amazing how it can add up when you didn't think you ate that much!! The other reason I know with me is that when I eat the wrong food, I am not really satisfying my hunger and I tend to keep eating until I find what satisfies me.
Anyway. I enjoyed it I suppose, but really have to keep watching closely this holiday season.
