I put on a little weight during college due to some rough times and now that I'm out am looking to take it back off. At one point I was 11 lbs heavier and have lost about... 6 lbs since being graduated. But I found this site today and it seems to have a more comprehensive list of foods that I eat and an easier way to view them. I probably won't be hugely active in the site but think it will be extremely useful. :)
