Well long night last night got home from work at 1am and was starving so I had a south beach chicken wrap. This morning I did 1.5 run and 20min turbo jam with some toning exercises. and off to work again. Not sure what eating has instore today
Ok ate 3 eggs and two pieces of bacon
banana
2 rice cakes
and then was just bad and had two pieces of pizza but I have been craving it for days now and decided to fill my craving!!! My head and eyes and throat are going nuts with all the rag weed around my house it never bothered me before but this year its crazy!!!! SOOOOO excited there is a school near my house that is going to be doing volleyball (my favorite) every monday and opening its weight room up on tues and thur for free so hopefully I can make it there to get more weights and so fun in.

Atleast it'll kill the craving and you'll be able to move on. :) Something else that I do for that is make it on either whole wheat pita bread or whole wheat tortilla. This'll significantly cut down on the calories from a regular pizza. I actually have pizza day once a week. :) I love pizza ;)

Yes! I did that the other day. I bought a low sugar tomato sauce and put a little on a low carb low fat tortilla and sprinkled some low fat Mexican type cheese with a little mozzarella and it was pretty good. It did get my pizza fix taken care of! Have fun with the volleyball...thats a great way to keep in shape!
