We're in deep autumn(fall) here in South Africa and almost the beginning of a bitterly cold winter. Since yesterday the temps have dropped something awful with some snow on the outlying mountains....makes it difficult to have salads as an accompaniement to a low carb meal, but I guess I have to persevere in order to reach my desired health and fitness level....so yes, it's going to be a loooooong haul and hopefully the right amount of fat will keep the hunger pangs at bay! :-)h

LOL, you guys are fortunate....today was miserably rainy too and a day packed with comfort food for the kids....mom got in some too, 3 cups of popcorn worth....enough to load the carbs back on! ***sigh**
