Ate some Fiber One Pancakes this morning because I was craving pancakes. After having my youngest child, I was probably eating pancakes at least 3 times a week for breakfast with my older son (sometimes everyday)...wow! Surprisingly, I actually didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I missed my raisin,date,walnut oatmeal...lol. It just feels healthier. Maybe it's a psychological thing...
